Boys

Since my boys tend to be way more neglected than my girls!

It suddenly occurred to me that Amber might make a pretty good villain >_>;
Soom dealings update:
So Soom asked me for a picture of the right arm part and said twice they would resend it after that. They didn't. When I messaged them again they said I have to send them the arm part before they can replace it. WTF. Needless to say I am pretty mad and I won't be dealing with them again. I wonder how much more hassle they're going to put me through before I can finally get the part they were supposed to send me in the first place! In the mean time, my Amber boy remains disabled with his gimpy arm xO

  3. SOOM really needs to fix that Dx you can't have him like that! And he's so pretty and omg such a cool villain o_o... you keeping him then? :D
    Don't give up on SOOM! I'm sure you will eventually get it fixed, but it sucks they are taking so lonmg to realize their mistake and stop giving such variety of answers.

  4. Tell Soom that you know another person will receive a replacement part without having to send back the wrong part, so you don't understand why you should? Also, mention that if they demand it you could send the part back AFTER you've received the replacement and if they will pay the shipping. Make sure that they understand it was their mistake in the first place, so you shouldn't have to go through such hassle to receive a correct part >3<

    I have a feeling that many of the current bad experiences with Soom's customer service comes from misunderstandings and confusion in their staff. Someone on DoA first was told that she should send a part back, but in the next message Soom said that she doesn't have to. This English speaking person most likely just acts as the translator and the guidelines for what to answer come from other personnel. If they say that this customer sounds unhappy and doesn't want to send back the part, maybe they'll be told that okay, just tell the customer we'll send the part and she doesn't need to send it back? :D Just keep messaging them and hopefully this will happen.

    1. I kept quoting our entire message history (with replies from Soom) to them as proof. But they just seem to ignore that and told me I was confused. =/ I'm not the one who is confused here.

      I remember a time way, waaay back. I ordered Heliot from them and he arrived with a broken ear. They send me a new Heliot head no-nonsense, no waiting and no need to send the broken head back to them. Those were the days of Soom's amazing service D:

    I'm sorry to hear that Soom continue to give you such grief over this. I have to admit, I don't understand as it was never your mistake to begin with. The mistake was at their end. Some of these companies really need to learn that post purchase customer service is just as important as during the service because what you do to fix a problem can really make or break a company for someone.

    1. Haha, yeah, I love those damn arrogant types :D (maybe it's a mr. Darcy thing). I'm also wondering about that, as I am extremely fond of villainous characters and I find his expression quite fitting for some kind of nefarious things.

      You are right, customer service is the most important thing for me! They used to be really good with me, that's why I always purchased from them, but now I am officially turned off xD; hahaha.
