Ooooh, Elf Dia does look quite lovely. I don't blame you for hesitating after all the problems you've had with them. I would be the same. Sometimes, as nice as a doll is, I refuse to order from some doll companies because of bad experiences with them.
He does look gorgeous! There are so many male Dias, I'd definitely love to see more females XD I think this elf-eared version would make such a pretty elven lady~
Luckily Soom hasn't released anything must-have for me in a while, I'm not so confident with ordering from them either, though some of my friends have had no problems with their latest orders.
I agree,I also like female dias! ~ the elf ears are pretty too! I wonder if they're a bit better now, I did get better service from Laetitia once she came back (?) ~
He is super gorgeous. One of the prettiest Dia versions they've released imo. :3 But yeah, so many have complained about Soom. I do hope they can pull themselves together and upp their service game. :/
I'm not so big on fantasy either, but it's more the whole picture of him that's really gorgeous like this! Yeah I hope they get themselves sorted out quickly xO
He looks very handsome and I love that his teeth are showing! Some people don't like dolls that have an open mouth but I've become to like dolls with the teeth showing a little. :)
I'm also starting to wonder if I would dare to order (a bigger and more expensive) doll from Soom because of your experiences and now I've read of other people who have had problems with them too. My Soom dolls have arrived in good condition but I wonder if it will continue that way... can't give up on the Teenie Gems though if they come up with a release I really like!
Oh ~ I also love open-mouthed dollies xD; I just don't like smiling dolls that much. A smirk is okay though!
Well, if it puts you at ease, they did sort out my problems after I bothered them through e-mail for a few months. It was just a big hassle, but finally they did come through!!
